Today, on 3 July 2026, trading in LAU Infra Group shares commenced on the Official List of the Nasdaq Riga regulated market.
Coinciding with the first day of trading, LAU Infra Grupa has entered into a Market Maker Agreement with Signet Bank to support the liquidity of the Company's shares in the secondary market from the very start of trading.
The appointment of a market maker is an important step towards ensuring an orderly and efficient trading environment. Its purpose is to improve the availability of the Company's shares to investors, support trading activity and facilitate balanced price formation in accordance with the Nasdaq Baltic Market Making Rules and Guidelines.
This marks another important milestone in LAU Infra Grupa's development as a publicly listed company and reflects our commitment to operating as a transparent, investor-oriented and sustainable participant in the capital market.
