Experience: More than ten years of experience in local government work, as well as experience as a middle and senior level manager. He has worked as Deputy Chairman of Liepāja City Council, and prior to that, he was the long-time head of the Liepāja Municipal Development Department, where he supervised, coordinated and managed large-scale infrastructure development projects.
Education: Master's degree in Business Management from a joint program of the University of Mannheim Business School (Germany) and ESSEC Business School (France). Professional Bachelor's degree in Business Management from RISEBA University of Applied Sciences.
Combining of the offices: Deputy of the Liepāja City Council, member of the permanent Development Committee.
